Our Lead Rater, Clay Paul, has been in the energy efficiency industry for over 10 years and has been in the construction industry for over 20 years. He brings to Lone Star experience and expertise from various projects across the state of Texas.   

• Worked with 8 different governmental agencies around Texas performing Weatherization Test-in and Test-out inspections for the Weatherization Assistance Program
• Performed an energy audit for over 1,200 single-family homes and over 3,000 Multifamily home energy audits throughout Texas.
• Trained by the Department of Energy to perform QA Audits for the WAP
• Managed a portfolio of energy efficiency programs for a major municipally owned utility that included New Home Construction, HVAC Rebates, Multi-Family, and Single-Family Energy Efficiency lighting programs. 
• Presented Energy Efficiency at different conferences and community events around Central Texas.
